About Me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor, Board-Certified Sex Therapist, and Certified Sex Addiction Therapist. I earned my degree from the University of Louisville’s Kent School of Social Work and have over 10 years of experience in mental health and substance abuse treatment across both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Currently, I am a PhD candidate at the International Institute of Clinical Sexology, where my dissertation focuses on testing an interactive educational program to help parents address screen use compulsivity in their children.

My Practice & Approach

I work full-time in private practice, specializing in:

My treatment approach is active and experiential, incorporating:
